I was completely inspired by the online card class (watercolor) when I created this card. I have this sunshine stamp and I used some distress ink to stamp and then to watercolor on top of it.
This is my only other Stamping Bella image (and I think I might be hooked!) I used watercolors to color the image, and to work up the sunshine a bit. You might be able to see the Wink of Stella glitter I added to the sunshine in this picture:
And the banner is made of fabric tape! Yes, fabric tape…so fun! I added some stickles to her petticoat for a little more glitter shine.
I used this card for my mom for Mother’s Day. Inside I stamped “You are blessed.” And she is (my mom, that is). But seriously, can you image anything better than eating a giant ice cream cone on a beautiful sunshiny day?!
